Excellent vacation locations! The staff is especially friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Riu Palace. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It's a beautiful hotel, kept in tip top shape.

This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it will not be the last. This was the first vacation I have had in over three years and I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Rooms are nice and are cleaned well daily. Have been to this hotel 3 times now this was the first time we were disappointed with the food. The buffet is always the same, even though they give it different theme nights the food really did not change, same thing every day and every night.

The hotel is located right on the beach, with sunrise and sunset views on the beach even from the buffet restaurant. The hotel is clean and well kept by the staff who are always cleaning and painting. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The entertainment was good with many options. The food was great with options for Italian, Mexican and Seafood along with the buffet restaurant that had a different menu offerings daily. Hotel is Central with excellent local malls, shops and other entertainment about 5-10 minutes away by car or bus. Some options are in walking distance.

It was a good and relaxing vacation for the family of 4 adults and a 2-years old child. We didn't use all the amenities and opportunities, but the beach and buffet were great, and we appreciated all the staff efforts to make our vacation enjoyable.

It was a great experience to stay at Hyatt Zilara, nothing is perfect but Zilara, highly recommend people to be there and enjoy the time at the hotel!

Great resort not a massive resort but well appointed. The service is excellent from the moment you arrive with check in and concierge to the pool service, restaurants who were extremely polite and well spoken and always accommodating. The rooms are of a good size with lots of storage, if I had a minor complaint is that there is no privacy with the bathroom area and when you are sharing with older children it can get a little awkward. Not all the rooms have a balcony - try and request one if you can. Food quality is a big win win at this resort from the pizza restaurant which is great but under utilized, the snack bar with its fajita quesadilla's, the Asian Restaurant near the pool area, the Mexican which oddly was our least favourite and the Italian which is the busiest so be prepared to wait but it is worth it. All in all there were no real complaints with the food. The shows are a good standard but typical of any resort, Fire show, Michael Jackson, Retro night, magic Show and Karaoke to name a few. The Sports bar was a total let down and I think we had been spoilt by Hard Rock Punta Cana and Barcelo Maya Grand in Playa Del Carmen. We only went once to check it out. Overall I would highly recommend this resort smaller in size but well maintained and excellent service.

I have been going to a variety of places in Mexico for my vacation for the last 10 years the Omni Cancun is a nice all-inclusive resort the staff is great and the rooms are very nice. We were there for 2 weeks it gets pretty crowded and you have to get up early to claim a lounge chair. The beach is eroding and not nearly as big as the pictures show but it is still beautiful.
