The staff were friendly and our room was clean and quiet. The room itself was nice but our view of the loading area and dumpsters was a different story. Couldn't really watch anything on TV if we wanted to relax in our room. There were maybe 1 or 2 channels to watch the rest were news, hotel advertising, foreign language, or music channels.

Really enjoyed our stay at Aria, the rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The amenities within the building were also great, with access to the food court and specialty restaurants. We took advantage of the pool area, which was quite refreshing after time spent on the strip.

Mandalay Bay has a lot of positives and so my husband and I are satisfied that we stayed there. It's expensive for what you get and I think there could be better options on the Strip. This was our first visit to Las Vegas, if we come back we'll try another hotel. It's a good location to get to and from the Airport quickly, visit the Welcome sign and Pinball site. Not good if you want to be at the centre of the Strip. A lot of kids so if that's not your thing, better to stay elsewhere. Had to call to get more towels, they would take them and not replace any

Great hotel for families with amazing pools, beach, and amenities for families. The food is great. I had read comments that it was not and we were pleasantly surprised. If you go to Mexico, you may want to eat Mexican. If not, maybe you shouldn't go??? The entertainement is ok. What needs improvement are the room and wifi. Dated, no privacy and lacking a refresh.

This is a very large lovely resort. Construction is not an issue. I prefer smaller resorts and purchased this one due to it fitting 5 in a room. They have the most comfortable beds. The are very accommodating and welcoming. Immaculately cleaned rooms every day. Busses always on time and the buffet for breakfast was delicious.

We had a FABULOUS time. Between spending time at the gorgeous pool, enjoying the casino (we won), watching waterfalls at the Bellagio, eating Bobby Flay hamburgers, sampling multiple exciting lunches and suppers and using the 24 hour hop/on Deuc bus to travel multiple places (Freemont), I can honestly say we give this vacation a 9 out of 10 rating. It was too short a stay.

Right from check-in, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good advice and recommendations for local activities, transport and dining options. The room ( Family Suite) was clean and it was nice to have a separate space for the kids.

Not enough staff, room was not ready after 5pm

The bed was clean and comfy the pool was decent enough. While we were there the hot tub was caution taped off and broken but the pool was decent. The furnishing was worn but really we don't spend much time in the room. There was a small fridge and microwave which was nice. The regular breakfast was not being served from COVID but they did a bagged breakfast that was ok. Would have liked to see the place with things open (games room bar coffee shop all closed) in walking distance there are some good restaurants. A fun mini good place. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but serviceable enough.
