Great ambiance in hotel. Rooms great size. Somewhat language barrier with cleaning staff. Air conditioner in room not functioning properly. The humidity in room very high. Clothes, sheets were very damp. Reported to front desk for repair. Hotel was very clean

we booked this trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The hotel was beautiful, we were given an upgrade on arrival to a balcony room overlooking the pool. Staff were fantastic. We would love to go back!
