When we got there, they gave us the keys to a room that already had guests in there. Yes, they did ... I don't know how they managed to do it but we had to go back to the front desk and get a new room. Bathroom is horrible ... Mold on the walls ... AC was leaking ... And the bed sheets were aweful.

The room is too old compare with a 4 star hotel. All elevator didn't work in 2 days. Only one elevator worked in other days. Found cockroach in the room. The WIFI I payed didn't work in last two days.
